We have very effective and sound quality control system in all sectors of
Knit & Woven. We regularly check the lab-dips in the LIGHT-BOX applying
TL-84 & D-65. We always maintain the rubbing fastness standard by using the
CROCK METER as per the Buyer requirement. Our Vigilant supervision and
on-line monitoring determine the garment quality during production. We also
conduct the inline and final inspection.
We also test and maintain the colorfastness, yarn count, actual wait,
shrinkage etc of the fabrics. We also provide with ECO 100 standard
materials, fabrics and accessories etc.
Under the Generalised system of Preferences, Bangladesh is granted
favourable access to the European market. You will get the advantage of
12.5% duty free entry by the GSP From - A. The GSP From-A benefits are
available, since the products are genuinely made with local fabrics from
Bangladeshi local market i.e. Pique, Single Jersey, Interlock, Drop needle,
Yarn-dyed, 100% cotton twill, Canvas, Ribstop etc.
Control of
finished products
Inspection is conducted using a statistical sampling plan based on
standard ISO 2859-1 / DIN 40080 with AQL-2.5 II & AQL - 4.0 I Every
precaution is taken to produce a quality product, which acquire Buyer's
satisfaction.
